Godwin received a BA in biological sciences from the University of Delaware in1991 and a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of South Carolina in 1996. He joined the faculty at UNM in 1996 and he has served as an assistant dean, associate dean and interim dean of the College.
Godwin’s research interests lie in the area of innovative programs to enhance student progression and graduation rates in a Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum. His recent work involves curricular changes to improve the critical thinking and problem-solving skills of pharmacy students.
